Is this RX 350 a 2009 or 2010?

I own a 1999 RX 300 and often am on the first generation sub-forum. I was thinking of trading up and saw the linked vehicle for sale. It's listed as a 2009 but the lights front and back seem to be a 2010, although granted I know much less about the third generation. It also seems that the 2010 redesign was not just cosmetic and there are numerous mechanical upgrades.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated both on whether this is a 2009 as listed and the differences in the model years.

The wiper on the rear window is hidden on the 2010s, and also I notice that there is no "Lexus" badge on the rear hatch. 2010s had the badge and they left them off of the 2011s. I believe I'd pass on this one because of the color.

No, I don't play soccer!
Wrong model year listed and the pictures are of a 2011 or 2012 RX. No Lexus emblem on the tailgate. Even with the "Picture may not represent actual vehicle" disclaimer on the bottom I don't think I'd buy from them at that price.

Good luck. Report back. It looks mildly optioned with above average miles, but it is AWD. At this price I'd snap it up if the interior and exterior looks good and your mechanic gives the okay.
Edit: Of course this only applies if the vehicle is actually the one in the pics. If you go there and it's a 2009, then I'd pass unless you want a Gen 2.

Report back
I traded emails with the dealer. They insisted it's a 2009 (per the VIN as noted) but did not respond to my inquiry as to photos being of a 2011 forward given the info provided about the lack of Lexus badging on the rear. That part was simply ignored in two responses. This dealer is 3-hours away so I can't just drop in. Based on all of the responses, which I appreciate, I will pass on this RX. The photos simply do not match.
I was just starting to think about replacement, as this price seemed so good, but for now I will keep my 99 RX (actually June '98 with 220,000 miles) but the end has to come at some point and I will look to this forum for help at that point as I probably will go with a used RX 350. Thanks again for all the helpful responses.

Stemmer, good call. I'd want accurate pictures too. It's not unreasonable IMO. I wonder what else could be wrong, like the color. Pretty sure Golden Almond Metallic color was unique to the early 3rd gen RXs Keep looking. No doubt you'll find another RX.
