My wife's month old 2013 RX Satellite radio does not work. It gives a message "Loading" and nothing happens after that. This happens intermittently and not all the time. Is anyone else having a problem?

 

Mine is fine - no issues. Check p 450 in the Owner's Manual it says it's waiting for information. Maybe a problem with your XM/Sirius acccount?

 

probably need to signinto your xm account on line or call xm and have them refresh your radio takes 5 to 30 minutes after signal is sent. being less than a month old you may be on the 3 month free plan and the dealer may have to call in the refresh they will need your radio id found on channel 1. i go threw this every spring when i get my harley out bof the garage

Thanks. I called the dealer and he said some others have reported this issue and they offered to have the vehicle picked up and attended to.
