I don't think the wiring harness is compatible between 2010-12 and 2013 models. Especially since the headlights no longer swivel when you turn and the LED lights stay on at night. Most likely different programming to the Main CU as well. The cost of the headlights is around $2000, might as well trade it in. LOL.

 

I ordered mine. 795 is cheap IMO

 

Maybe we should trade plus cash to save you few bucks of 795....

I personally like the 2013 tail lights better. As u can see it goes well with the bumper lights

 

Sorry to revive a old thread but does anyone have any comparison pictures between the 2010-2012 vs. 2013+ at night time when they're lit up.

 

Like Rozay604, I also took the plunge and upgraded my 2010 RX350 tail lights. You will also notice I swapped out the chrome garnish above my license plate, and I also swapped out my chrome emblem with the black/blue Hybrid emblem. Let me know what you guys think.

Thanks raylor4! I've upgraded all of lights as well. I'd love to upgrade my headlights to the 2013/2014 lamps with the LED strips, but brand new would run me around $1,700 each. I've seen a few used headlights on eBay from $200-$500, but they go pretty quick.
