I can definitely see the point that the upfront inspection is very valuable. Just wondering if that's worth buying non-CPO and getting the extended warranty via Lexus directly.
I recently bought (before Sandy) a 2010 with 21,500 miles, AWD, Nav, Premium, Comfort, Tow package, white and parchment for $34,000 from Atlantic Chevrolet/Cadillac in Bay Shore, Long Island. It was a local lease. I will gamble on the remaining factory warranty, Lexus' famed reliability and my policy to never buy an extended service contract or warranty or a CPO vehicle.
The best CPO price I found around DC was about $38,000. That is why I went to NY, and my wife wanted white & parchment.
Yes you did, but MA has high prices anyway. You win some and you lose some with car deals
Yeah I know but feel like a sucker. I think I overpaid a lot. My Rx doesn't have parking sensors and others at that price have then. I stopped looking at other Lexus dealer CPO inventory because it doesn't make me feel good haha. At least I enjoy the car enough to not think of it most days and the dealer is very nice. According to the sale person he said "silver" is more costly as they are more in demand.
