Default Towing RX350 AWD

I need to tow a RX350 AWD from Minnesota to Texas on a dolly behind a U-Haul trailer. Should I remove the aft section of the drive shaft? Are there any tricks here that I should be aware of? Any suggestions would be very welcome.

According to the owners manual the AWD should not be towed with any of it's wheels on the ground. Either completely up on a flat bed or with the a towing dolly on either the front or rear wheels, which ever are the trailing wheels.
