Finally got my 2013 RX 350 today
After the freaking strike in Canada, I finally was able to go and pick up my RX 350 today. Cant be any happier. With all the accessories, I got close to $5200 off MSRP. I know in a previous post the discount amount I posted was less. But after getting a discount on the door sills, chrome rims, and clear bra, the savings were more. Sewell is da bomb.

This is my second purchase from Sewell. They just charge me the appropriate Louisiana tax and file everything with Louisiana. No problem at all. The deal was done and my car was customized already with all the accessories. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour and a half. That is service right there. I love the dark wood. I have that similar wood in my 2008 GS 350 and love it.

2013 RX Steering column question
Desitiger or anyone elase with a 2013 RX
if you are sitting in the driver seat and turn the steering wheel 90 deg. either to the left or right, can you see a pair of exposed phillip's head screws on the steering column?
I can in mine
seems odd
you can't see a screw anywhere in side the cabin except here
I'm thinking that small covers are missing or at least it certainly looks like there should be covers over these 2 screws
thx

I have the same thing on my 2010. Driving straight down the road they're not in sight. It looks like they are for disassembling the cover on the steering column. Perfectly normal.

The clear bra would be installed starting from the front bumper all the way up to the front part of the hood. I have that installed on my car aswell.
For those of you wondering how it looks, it is basically a clear plastic sticker kinda thing that is sticked to the front portion of the car. The salesguy told me that it is suppose to protect the paint from all the chips and stuff that hit on the highway. After a while it can be replaced by peeling it off,and it won't leave back any gum residue which is very cool!!! I guess most of the new Lexus now a days are coming with it pre-installed.
