It should fit because the headlights hood and fenders are the same so all you have to do is go to the dealer and buy the bumper, grill, mud guards, wheel barrel lining and under piece for the radiator and everything should fit like factory. it will probably cost you around 2500-3000 after paint and all just to get it to look like 2013.

hi, I asked dealer to replace 2013 RX bumper on 2010 RX model, but they don't know if it fits. Is there anyone know about that? what if it doesn't fit, right? I don't wanna waste my money. Pls help for that. Thanks

If you could realistically even do that (pretty sure you can't with headlight changes and such) you'll destroy your resale with a mod like that. But the total price tag will actually make you just want to buy a 2013. It's not just bumper cover, it's the actual bumper underneath, grill and parts, and if you have the AFS headlight system it won't work as the 2013's don't have it and aren't wired for it.

if your talking about just changing out the bumper and grille then it should most likely work. i don't have the funds but i do want to get the f-sport front bumper for mine. The fenders, hood, and lights have the same shape its just the bumpers that are different and you might need a couple other parts like wheel liners and such. I say the lights are the same because the shape hasn't changed they just redesigned the inside of the lights, added LED's and took away the AFS feature but that shouldn't matter if your only gonna change the bumper.

ive messaged Darrel about this from Sewell.. he says its not possible.. without swapping the headlights.. and they also dont have a solution for the headlight swap either..
i really want to swap to the f-sport bumper though.. would try and buy the parts but got some other stuff on the top of the list before this!

My wife was backing out of a parking spot and clipped a concrete light pole with the right front corner of our Matador Red 2010 RX. I really like the new spindle grille so I asked the body shop if it was feasible to install a 2013 front bumper and what it might cost above the insurance payment. After some research my body shop thought it was feasible and would cost about $1000 extra. I told them to go ahead. Well it turned out to be quite a challenge because the headlights on the 2010 are a little taller and the bumper would not fit properly. After a bunch more research and some after market 2013 RX non-HID headlights, the body shop was able to make it work for $4400. The 2013 bumper has a lot of additional grille parts and backets that they had to order. They had to modify the 2010 wiring harness plugs to fit the 2013 light sockets to make the headlights, turn signals and running lights work, however, the LED running lights are not yet hooked up because the socket is a 5 pin while the wiring harness is a 2 pin plug. At a later date, I'll check with Lexus to get an estimate for hooking up the LED running lights if feasible. I had some different painting done on the bumper by having the shop paint the portion of the bumper black between the upper and lower grille sections and also paint the upper grille black. I really like the way it turned out with the different paint job. Since the 2013-2015 RX does not come in Matador Red, this is a unique RX. At least I've never seen a Matador Red RX with a spindle grille.

looks good but please tally up all your receipts when this is done and working 'properly' and lets see what the final number is.
Then need to add in how ever much the vehicle would lose on resale for a full tally.
Doesn't seem like it's going to be worth it in the long run.
But can't take anything away from the workmanship... Props.
