It's the same car with a new grill and a few additional features with the NAV system. Mostly it's a refresh.

It is just a refresh. The only thing really new will be the F Sport when it becomes available. Same engine but with an 8 speed automatic transmission. For the base RX350, it is a 2012 with a new front end/grill and some different color options. There is also a minor change to the tail lights but most people wouldn't notice.

Quote: Even tho it is greatly improved for '13, it would have to be a refresh rather than the "4th Generation" It sure looks a lot better and drives better(even my 19"s) and has a vastly improved NAV, and also Enform! It is interesting to send a new location to your vehicle on
your computer in your house and than just "download" it, vs sitting in your car and putting it in either manually or verbally! It does get a few looks from Lexus afficionados; they notice the
new grill & LED DRLs! I have quite a few RX's on my street!

You can download locations on the 2012 also

Its the same

They drive the same, same engine, looks the same when looking at it from the side and the back and inside the suv itself.

Has Enform 2 but you have to pay for it, has the new day time running lights which looks great, the bumper is different in design but not that much different.

Now comes with power folding mirrors standards and have two extra sensors for the parking assist, and it no longer comes with AFS.

Also now comes with some new colors and new saddle color to choose from.

The front grill is horizontal instead of vertical (if that matters)

When you says it handles better with the 19's are you referring to them lowering the towing capacity slightly (has softer springs which reduce overall load weight) TO improve the ride with the 19's. The yellow sticker in the door?

because the 2012 have that too.

Well; the 19's were the sticking point on buying this originally, but you absolutely can't feel the "dots" on the freeway at all, which is NOT the case with all other big wheels I have driven; and am very satisfied with them altho if I had the choice I would have taken 18's and saved $770!!!

i'm really not that excited about the horizontal grill, as other members are.

1. Now it looks more like a sedan and
2. the GX 470 has a horizontal grill
