Has anybody had problems ordering door sill for 2011 RX350? Ordered mine last week and when received, they were not illuminated. Then I called on friday and did the RMA request but the guy that deals with the online orders at sewell has not been in. Im bummed since the are a gift for mothers day. The parts department said i can place another order and just wait for the online guy to call me. But then i would have to pay for shipping again.

 

Just got a response. None inthe country so i have to wait. Spoke to the service guy and very friendly and helpfull

 

So both of them are not working, or just one?
If both, make sure your interior lights are on, they won't illuminate when the interior lights are off.

 

The ones i got where wrong shipment. They came with no wire. They with ship ones they get some. Grey with blue light is not that common is what i was told
