My service advisor Carlyn called to inform me that my new rim was in stock and that it is blemish free. Upon arrival at Metro Lexus she kindly greeted me and had a loaner vehicle waiting. My vehicle was done quickly and correctly. She also appologized for my previous experience with the service department. Carlyn made sure that I was completely satisfied before I left. Kudos to her for excellent customer service.

The factory chrome wheels only come in the Sport package. And I believe your dealer just takes your oem rims and sent them to an aftermarket chrome shop. So results may vary.
