Driver door unlock itself while driving?
hello folks,
I have experienced a problem never happen before. While I was driving home on highway (going about 100km/h) earlier, all the sudden, I heard a unlocking sound and my driver door unlocked itself, next the un-closed door warning light/beeping came on. It is roughly 2.5 hours after I started driving the car today, I was running in/out bring stuff for holiday donations and buying my lunch. This sure is scary to happen especially when driving on highway.
I have phoned the service department where I bought the RX and their lines have been busy for a while already. I will give it another try.
Will report back after bring the car to the dealership.

It's possible one of the doors just didn't close properly and it popped it's fully closed state and triggered the warning. Any chance a piece of paper, shopping bag, coat or something was caught in the door? Shouldn't happen but it is possible. I'd keep an eye on it and see if it repeats itself. I wouldn't worry too much about it, the door isn't going to fully open while going down the highway. At this time of year I wouldn't be running to the dealer for a problem that may not happen again.
