I have two lexus. One is 10, and another one is 7 when they were delivered.

 

All of the new (new) vehicles I have purchased have 6-7 miles on them. If there's anything over 10, it has most likely been test driven. I purchased cars with 20 miles on them and they have been hit and miss. One of them turned out to have a strong/good motor while the other one had a weak motor. It's best to try to find one that hasn't been test driven to ensure proper engine break in.

 

New vs used for a new car never titled/licensed is in the eye of the customer. States have regulations specifying when a vehicle is considered "used". Some States have it as "new" until the time it is initially titled or leased, while some other States have a mileage limitation (e.g., 500 miles, or other specified mileage). I have purchased new vehicles between having ~ 10 miles up to one that had a few hundred miles on it. It was my choice to purchase and I was happy with all of them.

 

I was looking at the title when I regsitered the car yesterday and when my boss took posession of it intitally it had 47 miles on it.
