Moon/Sun roof
Does anyone actually use their Sun/Moon roof ?
I'm on my third RX359 and have yet to use this feature, I think I would rather have the extra head room.

Yes, I Use the Sun Roof
I wasn't sure I really wanted, or would appreciate, one. However, I find that I use it quite regularly (except in Winter) with the rear edge of the Sun roof "up", for ventilation. There's much less wind and ambient road noise that way, compared to opening a side window.
I seldom open the Sun roof all the way, unless I happen to be driving in the evening, after the hot overhead sun has gone done most of the way. It's just too hot when the sun's shining through the open Sun roof.
The Moon roof (the glass panel) is exposed just about all the time - the only time I use the shade panel in the roof is when I'm parked in the sun. We like the added light inside the car.
BTW, I'm in Vancouver, Canada - not the hottest or sunniest of climates.

I do, with all my cars. On a spring/fall night I'd pen the roof and enjoy the breeze.
Once we went to a drive-through safari park. A few moneys or chimps climbed on top of the car and started to pee. We saw this through the moon roof and the kids went hysterical.

Lexus Test Driver
I would never buy a car whether it's a Lexus or a Toyota without a moonroof/sunroof.
All our previous and current vehicles have it.
It's one of those things that you don't appreciate while you have it but when you drive one without it, that's when you realize how important that is to you.
It adds the illusion of more space when open. And the natural light is priceless.
Most of the times we have the glass panel closed but the cover open.

No, I don't play soccer!
I use the moon roof occasionally, probably more now than the summer because of the heat. I use the windows to air the RX out when it's sitting in the hot sun. I haven't seen an RX without a moon roof. It's pretty standard by me.
8901alex, hit the dirty area with a little carpet cleaner on a MF cloth. It'll come off pretty easily. Just don't rub too hard or get the area soaked. I have black interior but the headliner is light gray too. I clean it twice a year. Looks good as new.

I use mine all the time especially here in Nevada. I have the backside of the moonroof open to vent it in the summer time. During the evening I completely open it as long as it's not too hot.

I rarely use mine. On a purely rational level, it is a poor value for my money. It is very nicely implemented on the RX and it works well ... but, the climate control system works so well on the car it is more comfortable to just not use it.
