Sunroof mechanical problems

Has anyone else had sunroof mechanical problems preventing the sunroof from completely opening?

(who has a loaner while the dealer figures out if they have to take apart my roof)

Nope. Have your lexus service center look at it.

OR, check to see if anything is blocking it from fully opening.

i don't think any sunroof suppose to completely open/tuck underneat. Does yours open less than the loaner you have? if so, i am sure dealer will fix it but if its the same opening depth, dealer will return it as it is but washed.

Sunroof

How far does it go back?

On the 2007 RX you have to push the open switch twice to get it to open all the away.

Once will take it 3/4 of the way. The second press will take it the rest of the way.
