2007 LS460, came outside to find all of my windows and moon roof open, I saw a thread from 2008 regarding this issue, I called the dealer and they said they never heard of this before, windows and moon roof opening on their own; fob or electronics?

 

very simple

when you hold down the open button on your remote (like in your pocket and you lean up against something) it will open all the windows and the sunroof. Good for hot days like we had here in So Cal. you need to press and hold it down continuously or they stop when you let off the button. Im sure it was by accident.

and Yes, I never thought it was possible and its happened to me 3 x in the past couple of years. Easy in jeans.. when you sit down.

Dealer never heard of this? time to find a more competent dealer.. this is a feature of the vehicle they sell and service...

 

Mine did it several times sitting at my desk. I had the dealer disable that feature and it hasn't happened since. Of course, I have set off my alarm and opened my trunk!

LOL~ Its happened to me so many times... especially wearing jeans so I either keep my key on a belt clip or in my jacket pocket.
The Junction produce clip I got for Xmas came in handy...
