I asked about that and the Sewell parts guy said that that filter is listed there by mistake, that it's for the hybrid and wouldn't fit the non-hybrid. Although, my original filter does sort of look blackish on one side so maybe???? I might get to the dealer tomorrow and if so, then that question will be answered.

Out of curiosity, what are the dimensions ? Mine, for a non-hybrid, are: 7 5/8 x 8 3/8 x 1 1/8 . It doesn't have the charcoal like yours.

I just picked up the new one # 87139-07010 and it is identical to my old oem (only cleaner), not like the other Sewell #97139-YZZ08 as you can see in my picture.

I still find it curious that Lexus dealers carry very different parts for the same car.

Not sure of the Lexus OEM cabin filter, but the Fram CF10285 fits both the 2010/2011 RX350 and RX450h per their application guide. The dimensions are:
1.14" X 7.64" X 8.47"

It's the same size. Should fix both models.
The part# on the box is 87139-50060.

Interesting. Thanks. It would seem, then, that the Sewell guy was mistaken. It's good to know that Sewell does have the better quality with charcoal and that it will fit the non-hybrids.

So, just for yucks, I called another dealer(Chambers Lexus). They had -07010 for $57 (I got mine at Northboro for $37) The huge price difference prompted me to ask if that was a carbon or charcoal and he said no. So I asked if they had one like that, and he said yes, gave me the part # -50060, just like yours, and gave me a price of $80.
So, a warning to those of you in MA---Westboro $37, Watertown $48 and Chambers $57 for the same part # -07010. I didn't want to bother the other 2 places again to get their prices on the carbon/charcoal one.

This is what I mean. Notice how the left one looks much cheaper and flimsier than the right one? That's because they use less folds and a different type of filter paper. I don't like it...

I agree. The # -07010 is definitely MUCH better quality than the -YZZ08, but given that it ranges in price (in MA anyway) from $37-$57, the carbon #-50060
at $42 from Sewell is the way to go.

Guys, I suggest to use Wix Filters. They are made of the same material as the OEM Lexus filters that come from the factory, not the cheap kinds that they sell at dealers. I've used them in the past and they're great. The $42 carbon filters are great too, but they are really unnecessary and overpriced, considering that you have to replace them fairly often.

They're selling them for $12 on Amazon, ~$17 with shipping

In fact, I just found an even cheaper dealer. Just $10 (excluding shipping) at www.RockAuto.com Search for Wix 24483
