Default Oil filter

I havent seen much post on oil filter and i was wondering what is a good oil filter? I asked others and they just used OEM but is there anything better?

I went to the Toyota dealer and they have an OEM filter cut in half and a Fram filter cut in half on display. The OEM definitely was better designed and higher quality material. The OEM filter had more folds to trap the particles, on the other hand, in the FRAM the filter was simple folds in W shape.

From that point on, I never went back to the 3rd party one.

fram is one of the worst you can get.

OEM, pureone, napa gold/wix and some bosch are the only ones to get.

somewhere i read a whole article one this, OEM is the best. Some other companies make filter just as great as oem and then theres the really cheap ones that the cheap oil change places use.

I use OEM ONLY, save the headache =)

thanks for input guys and thanks Jetfire for expanding my research list instead of OEM and i know fram is no good.
