My contacts loaded fine but are presented in FIRST NAME order. I can't seem to find in the forum or on the system how to have contacts presented on the Nav in LAST NAME order.

There's has to be a way...

Wow... no responses. I guess this is the way it has to be. It doesn't make any sense to have your contacts sorted by first name.

 

I also was surprised that they loaded this way but I never went any further because I assign the most used ones to speed dials which accommodates 95% of the calls I make in the car and if I need another contact I just dial it right off the phone it's just quicker.

 

It all depends on the phone, some phones will sort by last name.
Don't think there is a workaround on the car.
