15k service, is it worth it? + rant

Dealer websites usually post the service cost. 15K is considered major service at mine - $320 for RX450h, $350 for RX350. I'll definitely speak to my service advisor when the time comes. She'll probably knock the price down for me by only doing what's needed or by giving me a discount. She's good that way.

garfull, definitely get a good service advisor. They know the best techs and can really come through when there's a problem, which has been rare for me by the way. The manual also lists a bunch of things you can do yourself. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues. At least Lexus is great with addressing them unlike other car companies. And getting a loaner I agree ain't so bad. Good luck.

The manual also lists, you dont need to do all the inspections that they charge you for, unless you are towing or Off roading. Just do what is listed as "required" it will be much cheaper.
