Default Headliner Material

I can't seem to get past the fugly tenaciously adhered warning labels on the visors. I was wondering if the headliner material was available without having to order the entire headliner. I could use this and have an upholsterer cover the labels for a relatively "seamless" disguise of them.

That would be illegal. These "tenaciously adhered warning labels" are mandated by the DOT and are there for your safety and the person that owns your vehicle after you.

Not the answer to my question. Have you ever exceeded the speed limit? ...that would be illegal.

As ggebhardt noted, they are required by DOT. You can't buy a new car in the US without them. Sort of like having turn-signals and brakes. If it can be registered to drive in the US, it will have them.

I think the OP was interested in having "slipcovers" made to cover the visor. I would think a fabric store would have something for that purpose.

Yes, thank you, you are correct. I was hoping though for a perfect match - to get the actual material used to cover the visors/headliner so that I could have pieces made which I then could adhere over the labels. if I ever would sell the car then I would remove the coverings.
