Hi, I currently own an IS and a GS and my sporty sedan days are over with a kid and family. I really like the RX except for the clear lense taillights.

Has anyone thought about redding the back out to see what it looks like? I know you are not suppose to do any mods to a RX like you would to the IS and GS, but just curious what it would look like and if anyone else thought about it too.

I tried putting red lights in as my city lights and looked stupid. So I took them out. Put regular LED's in.

The cleared tail lights are really getting old, Lexus should really stop using them in their new designs.

Went to that web site and the red tail lights look real nice. Nice change, makes it a little more custom looking. No idea how to order them or what the cost is. Any english site?

Thanx.

If your vehicle is black or a dark color, I would look into smoking them with smoked tail light film. If you want to redout the entire light with film I think that would look really good. Plus it would be different. Good luck with the decisions! Either way, the RX is an awesome SUV!

Carson Toyota is a great dealership. They were very helpful. They are able to get the 'red' tail lights but the price is $1500. A little more than I was willing to spend. Maybe some day. Thanks for all the info.

Wow The stock tail lights are looking better and better. And I definitely agree Carson is pretty awesome. Thanks for checking!

RE: Grazio
OK, I have to know how you order things from Grazio (and prices in USD)!! Does anyone know?
This is the first and only place I have seen the Nav controller and wrist rest in wood and I've looked many places. I like wood, so I immediately replaced the leather/wood combo shift **** with an all-wood **** and have been searching for the "wood mouse".

save the money and go to a hobby store and buy 'clear red' paint and paint your current lights

If you find the 'wood mouse', let me know. I'd like to get it too. How hard do you think it would be to install? Doesn't look like it screws off.
Hmmm, I wonder if Garson would have anything.
