Default DVD in motion

Has anyone enabled DVD in motion on the new RX? I took mine to several garages and they couldn't do it. the official dealership was initially telling me how its impossible but then after talking to the mechanic a bit he told me its possible but they are forbidden to do it.

After we agreed on a payment to him, he took my car in but after 10 mins he came back and told me some story about how if he activates DVD in motion there might be consequences with the ABS of the car.

Could this be possible or was he just scared to do it?

dvd in motion is not possible, it's a safety issue. the only way around it is if you get a dvd/navi override kit. a few people here have this installed already. do a search and you'll see their comments about it. website for the dvd/navi override kit: http://www.prestigioussociety.com/

Just purchased Prestigious Society's DVD/NAV override module. It is due to arrive well before our SUV (Hopefully in February) Once installed I will post a quick review.
Cost $299.00

Any updates on this, if it's easy to install, I will buy one as well.

I've ordered one for my HS (which is awaiting a production date...). I'm suspect the installation is very similar to the RX. Once it arrives and I (attempt to) install it, I'll report back.
