It seems the only way to turn off A/C and still have the fan on is by the menu to bring up the Climate Contrl Icon and click on A/C icon using the mouse and enter button. Is that correct?

I found a work around/handy trick for this...if you go into Vehicle settings, there is a place to stop the screens from flipping back...it freezes the screen to where you want it....then you go into Climate and leave it there so the A/C on/off button in the lower left corner is always easy to get at to click on/off. I don't use the Nav very much so I have found this works great for me. Hope this helps.

 

Where is that option in the Vehicle settings ? I'll have to look for it next time I'm in the car. That does annoying me that it always defaults back to the map

Just go into climate and turn click on the AC button.

 

To stop the screen from defaulting back, go into Set Up, General Settings, at Auto Screen Changes select OFF. That will stop the screen defaulting back to the map.
