Yup, just got the issue. They feel it was far superior to the other systems and didn't like the Acura system at all.

 

Thx for the link. That's a neat article. Remote Touch has gotten a lot of raves, and some suggestions. I do think the graphics will be upgraded with future generations, Lexus has said that the current version is to make the transition easy for current owners.

Back when the rumors of a Lexus joystick were posted, I started a thread speculating about it, because I was worried it would turn into an Acura or Hyundai Genesis approach, which is basically to duplicate the ****. With Remote Touch they actually came up with a Lexus-style solution. I've had the chance to try it several times now and like it.

 

^ agreed, i had reservations about the mouse when i first saw it. but after you start using it, it does become more intuitive and easier to use.
