Does anyone know if the 120V two prong outlet is a dealer installable option on the 2010 RX? If so, where is it installed and how much does it cost with labor etc?

The Lexus website indicates that it is a $100 option.

 

Its a factory option, if the dealer install it, it will cost more. You can buy your own inverter and have it install. There are also inveters that plugs into your cigarette lighter.

 

Pardon my ignorance, where is the cigarette lighter located? I don't see any in any pictures showing the dashboard or under the shifter. Where can I plug my radar detector power cord?

 

apprently there is a cig lighter in the center storage bin, but owners should attest to that since i dont own the car....yet

as for the two prong outlet, i doubt the dealer will be able to install it. it is probably only factory

 

There are two DC plugs in the bottom of the center console. There is
a third in the back by the storage area.
