1) Nothing. It won't shut down unless you are in "Park".
2) No. The key fob has to be inside the vehicle to start it.
3) You give them the key fob. There is no "valet fob". It would serve no purpose.
4) One will. It doesn't really matter which one, nothing changes with different fobs when starting the car.
5) I don't really understand what you are asking.
Also, once you start a car, even if you take the fob out, the car will drive and run until it runs out of gas.

about fob taken out of car while engine running:
1) car goes until anyone press start/stop button
2) is it good or is it bad that "1)" acts like that is up to u to deside. I make u an example: U are standing on traffic lights and thief comes and drops u out of the car and drives away:
a) it goes the LEXUS way until he stops engine somewhere far away where he wants (safe enought for u)
b) it stops 100meters (like most german keyless) away from you, comes back by feet, kicks u in kidney, u give him a key fob and eventualy he drives away with key and car.
