Spy Shots: 2010 Lexus RX SUV
Looks like they have added auto folding/Signal mirrors and the mirror turn lights are similar to the Audi Q7 but on the rx they are only on the corners
The mirror housing is sticking out on the body, not a big fan of it. May be the new design is for aerodynamic purpose to facilitate the wind flow and better viewing for the driver.
The grille looks like an inverted paper shredder blades to me
At last we have LED brake lights and backup sensors.
This is definitely a mule , see more pics here

Agree with others and hope this is a test mule as it is disappointing from what can be seen.

The protruding mirrors look really ugly, now a days they are on all vehicles Honda Civics, Saturn to name a few. Looks like it is a new trend
Positive: The roof is more curved at the passenger window towards the back it has a low profile compared to the current version. Gives an aggressive sporty look from the side

I believe that we have a winner!!! It sure looks like the new Venza under camouflage, and someone has mistaken it for the new RX. There are just way to many common elements, and the headlights really appear to give it away. Now, it's possible that Lexus is also coming out with a smaller sized crossover based on the Venza. At least there has been a persistent rumor of a smaller SUV type vehicle. So, then the question will be, should one look at buying the Venza or the Lexus equivalent, and why.
I'm still betting that the new and improved RX is an evolution of the existing with many added goodies like duel exhaust, keyless ignition etc.

I dont think thats a Venza. usually around this time of year is when we start to see the real spy shot of a up coming year re-design model. The timing is just right, I bet thats the real thing.
