During the last transmission fluid change, was there metal shavings on the magnets?
Was the filter very dirty?
Was the oil level adjusted correctly according to the temperature?

I found the damn problem. When I was installing the control arms , I had to lift the engine up so I can get the engine mounts out. I put the jack under the tranny pan and I did use a 2x4 , it still bent the tranny oil pan enough, and it wasn't picking up enough oil. Took the pan off , hammered it back to the original position and it's all good now. . Moral of the story , the oil level is extremely important and sensitive on these transmission Thanks for all the help

Maybe use a 2x8 next time. At least you figured out and fixed the issue!
My Sienna (same drivetrain) has a small dent in the engine oil pan from when the water pump was replaced and they jacked up the motor, but it does not affect anything.

If my memory is correct I use the transfer-case housing as the jacking point on my old 2011 RX350 for when I had to remove the transmission pan for an filter change to avoid using the oil pan. I used an 2x4 and jacked up the engine slightly to access one of the transmission pan bolts under the sub-frame.

I do not know if it was the correct thing to do but I trusted the solid metal of the transfer-case over the thin stamped steel oil pan to support the engine. Plus the transfer-case has a large thick metal support bracket attached to the engine as well as being bolted to the transmission so it seem like a solid part to use with wood helping to distribute the weight.

It worked without any issues and my old 2011 RX350 is still running to this day owned by the same person that bought it years ago.
