Default What is this bolt for ?

I was wondering what is this bolt for ? Its under the axle front passenger side . It is not the main drain plug for the transfer case oil . AWD . Thanks

This bolt is an additional stop for the axle shaft. That is, to remove the axle shaft, you need to remove the retaining ring and unscrew this bolt a little.
