Default Bank 1 sensor 2

I searched a lot but can’t find diagram of the location. I’m getting coded P0138 and P0607. I also noticed the battery getting low, so I replaced the battery and cleared the codes and the codes immediately came back on, without really warming up. I haven’t yet run the car to regular temperature.

2014 RX450h 100k

Is bank 1 in the front by the radiator or in the back by the firewall?

Bank1 is next to firewall, away from radiator.

When I look at Rockauto for the DENSO, it’s showing right and left. I know it’s downstream but I assume it’s right but can you confirm.

2014 RX450h

I think this is the part DENSO 2344509

Left/Right up/Down is very confusing [Although we know Australia is down but their up is our down].

Please call your local Lexus Parts or get on line and use on line Lexus retailers like Butler Of Scottsdale AZ and others.

Always use vin to ensure you are looking for the right part.

I've always been told, and practice, that 02 sensors should be replaced in pairs (i.e. both upstream or both downstream sensors) if you're going to replace any. Aside from confirming that it's the correct part as per Salim, I'd get both left and right IMHO
