2013 RX 350 Steering Tilt Issue

I have a 2013 Lexus RX 350 and I’m having an issue with the power steering adjustment. The telescopic function (in/out) works fine, but the tilt (up/down) does not respond. Has anyone experienced this problem before, or know what the common causes/fixes might be?

I have turned off the "easy exit" feature of the car because I know this will just wear out the motor on the tilt/telescope :X
