Ac problems
Good morning, I'm having ac issues on my 2013 rx350.
the compressor would run but the system wouldn't cool. Checking the pressures, the same pressure was on the high and low side. Then after about 20 mins it would start cooling.
I replace the expansion valve, and the ac control valve.
pulled a good vacuum, waited 30 mins checking it maintained 30 inhg.
with the high side close, i tried put in r134a. The compressor wouldnt kick on. I checked the relay for the clutch. It has voltage, but the ground from ecm is missing. How do I kick on the clutch and the control valve on the compressor?

Welcome to CL. Next try the cheap magnet trick to get the flow sensor to turn on the compressor. See this thread which is very long. Around post 174 is a photo and explanation of where to put the magnet etc. also posts 142 & 114-119.
Someone claimed that after a thousand miles the magnet re-magnetized the sensor and it worked without the magnet.
Earlier posts get quite technical and based on your apparent experience may be useful to you.
