Unhappy A/C Compressor not engaging

Hey Guys/gals,

I have an 07 IS250. im having some issues with the AC... so it magically stopped blowing cold all of a sudden. heat works fine. i do not have a blinking ac light. my compressor clutch does not engage when ac button pressed. i cannot check the pressure nor r134 levels due to the compressor not engaging. when i jumped the ac comp relay (bronze contacts) the compressor kicked on but still did not get cold and the pressure still stayed high. i do not see anything in the sight glass obviously because the compressor not being on(slightly green inside). i checked all relays and fuses that pertain to the ac. also, the fan isnt turning on (maybe because the compressor isnt engaging?). its hot as crap here in Guam and im going crazy with this problem!
i am stomped right now! im starting to think i have a clog possibly?
couple hours ago, i removed the ac controls just to disconnect and reconnect, still is a NO-GO. im running out of ideas right now and its only getting hotter!

please help me out here fellow members if you have ever experienced this issue i would like to hear how youfixed it! TIA!

My brother had an old car where the compressor will not come on because the refrigerant level is too low. You can tried put a little bit in to see if the compressor comes on if you want to risk it.

i hooked up to the LOW port with my gauge and it stayed at 125psi because the compressor wasnt on to circulate it. im very nervous about pumping 134A in it especially with the compressor not running. do you think it will be okay? i jumped the AC Comp relay to kick on the clutch but the pressure still stayed high. hmmm... maybe i should just do it? what do you think???

I think it's time to pay a professional to diagnosis OR just replace the bad compressor, vacuum, and refil.

Yes, maybe it's time to let a mechanic check it. It shouldn't cost much. My brother's car was kinda old and the AC wasn't working for a while so we figure we can't make it worst :-)
