So I had to replace the blinker in the side mirror on the passenger side of my Lexus. But now my mirror is uncalibrated and it does a clicking noise. How do I get it to recenter?

 

Do you mean the glass is stuck in one position? That you pushed it around to change the light?
Or the mirror housing is stuck, if so, push it back.
Do you mean it will not respond to the controls?

Push the mirror or glass back into postion with your fingers and it may start working again.
Or you disconnected some of the wiring when replacing the light.
