Recently the rear hatch on our 2013 RX450h started refusing to lower when the button is pressed on hatch - just gives off two beeps. The button on the dash and the key fob controller also produce two beeps. Struts were replaced 15 months ago.

Resolved - found the lockout button in glove compartment - it had gotten turned on somehow - now it works.
