Default Warning light all ON

I bought the car like this and .....my dash looks like a Christmas tree and I can't figure it out , new battery , alternator output 14.5 V , cleaned battery leads...Gas cap is on good ( unless the gasket is bad) . Has anyone seen this before , any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Anyone ever experienced something like that ? Thanks

May I ask why would you buy a vehicle in this state without checking what is wrong? Only a mechanic or advance DIYer should make such purchase. Please return your vehicle as soon as possible.

If on the other hand you are trying other help a family member, all those lights are yelling read the engine error code,

Salim

Years ago I got an oil change at one of those quickie joints.
Of course they want to sell you an air filter so while they're under the hood they look at it, (without permission).
I declined but on the way home my dash lit up like the Christmas tree above.
I discovered that in looking at my air filter they inadvertently disconnected a vacuum hose at the rear of the filter.
Reconnected the hose and all was good.

Fixed it before I checked for codes.
There are codes for specific issues but the Christmas tree dash is Lexus's way of just throwing up its hands and saying, 'Really?'.
