Default Max tyre size

Hello to all club members. I have a Lexus 450h(2012). I have tyres 255/55 R19. I want to add some clearance to the car, so I am thinking what maximum height tyres can I get on this car ? instead of 55 like 65 is ok ? like 255/65 R19 ?

Don't do it as it will throw off the gas mileage and speedometer and performance. It is best to stay with the OEM tire size diameter. This is not an off road vehicle. New shocks and struts may raise the body up a little.
There is a Tire size calculator at the top of the main page and I have pasted a link below so you can plug in the numbers and see the differences.

Discount Tires website usually has an alternate size tire available. Keep in mind not all tires in the same size category are actually the same size. Best to look at each specs.
