Slowly driving through the grocery store parking lot when wham!!, t-boned by a Mercedes car. Lady was on her phone. Anyways here what low speed, no airbags inflated damage looks like. A real shame too, because my passenger side was the best condition side of my 14 year old RX450h.
Sorry to hear that. Idiot drivers on cell phones continue to multiply everywhere. Hope she will be cooperative throughout the process and that her insurance will fully cover your damage, including a rental vehicle while yours is in the shop.
Insurance has already declared her 100% at fault based on damage and reporting of the accident. I was worried for a bit because usually parking lot accidents are declared 50/50, but since I was driving in what was considered the main parking lot boulevard, she hit me broadside from a feeder lane.
Estimate was $4,000, with full replacement of passenger door with one from recycler.
Vehicle is still very driveable, just waiting for repair shop to obtain all parts and give me a call, free rental already included with my policy.

I would prefer replacing instead of denting the door panel and the front quarter panel. So I would locate matching color RX from salvage yard.

Repair shop included details in their estimate including the actual replacement door from a local recycler. The inventory # allowed me to go online a see photos of the actual door. From a 2014 RX 350, but slight different shade of white, looked 100% perfect, but repair shop will repaint to match and blend with the other panels. Even the inner panel was same colour. My only concern was if this RX model had the dimming side mirror option as with my RX450h, otherwise they would have to swap in my undamaged mirror.
1,2,3... a Lincoln SUV hit a Camry which hit me. I heard a loud noise behind me, as I checked my mirror, I was like Oh NO! Saw the Camry came it hot. Luckily I was moving slowly, not completely stopped. Otherwise...
The Camry in the middle is done. My car has rear bumper damage.
The problem is both drivers have no insurances and the guy from the SUV doesn't even have a driver license.
^^ Surely you called the cops and they showed up to investigate. What are they going to do to help you? You do have some form of Uninsured/Underinsured coverage as part of your auto policy, correct?
You may have to sue those clowns in small claims court. I have successfully done so twice here in North Carolina for Diminished Value (once in 2009 when I was hit and again in 2014 when my wife was hit) and chose to represent myself both times.
Did you get their ID information? I would be pushing to get them arrested to at least get them on record for multiple violations of the law.

In my case, the accident happened within a city limit so local police was on site. He didn't ticket anyone for not having insurance nor without driver license. He just told the guy he "couldn't drive".
My insurance told me to get the car fix since I have coverage. They will reimburse my deductible due to at fault party has no insurance.
I can’t stand hearing about hearing about people like that. If they aren’t going to arrest them that should do something like fine them 3,000 and if they don’t have the money go to Jail until that fine is worked off. They need to do something to teach them a lesson or they will just do it again.
