Default Key Fobs not detected, keyless entry not working

I have a 2010 RX350 with 45k miles, which is in pristine condition and well-maintained, is experiencing three related issues:

1. **Problem One**: When attempting to unlock the doors using the detent in the door handle, neither Key Fob is recognized. However, you can still unlock the car using the buttons and access the rear hatch or trigger the horn alarm if necessary.

2. **Problem Two**: The car no longer detects the presence of the key fob inside the vehicle, as it used to prevent the doors from locking if the key fob was left inside. This function is no longer working.

3. **Problem Three**: The push-button start feature has stopped working, requiring you to hold the key fob up to the button for it to be recognized and start the car.

I have already checked the Duracell batteries in the key fobs and confirmed that they are outputting 3.7 volts. Additionally, the key fobs have been verified to be programmed correctly at a local key center using the exact key fobs for your car, but this did not resolve any of the issues.

Given the interrelated nature of these problems and the fact that both key fobs are affected, it is likely that the issue lies with the car's keyless entry system or the receiver that communicates with the key fobs.

I would check the car's 12v battery next.

Voltage test of a battery is not reliable test. When the voltage is low, it is useful but with proper voltage, you are not guaranteed enough current. If the battery has not been replaced in last 2 years, just put in a fresh one.

Couple of suggestions ..

Try cleaning the metal contacts [area the touches the battery]

Also introduce one key near the vehicle at a time.

Last ditch effort before going for repair ... disconnect the 12v battery for about 20 mins ... note this action may require re-learning of pinch protection for all movable motors.
