Spark plug schedule
My sister 2014 RX 350 is currently at around 56,000 miles. The car is mostly travel for local road that why the mileage is low.
Do I need to change the spark plug at 12 years mark or do we go by the mileage at 120,000?

Mileage. But now is a great time to change the transmission fluid.
