I just went through some threads on what others have done but i didn't see one issue i'm having that wasn't posted. I have the door rattles but can't tell where it's coming from, the b pillar and rear driver's door i'm hearing it from, basically over my left shoulder. I also feel like my driver's door gets sucked in and released when i'm driving high speeds on the freeway. It doesn't do it all the time but now i'm wondering about it.
If you feel your doors are moving while you drive freeway speeds, the first thing I would do is to ensure that all door hinge and door latch screws / bolts are indeed tight.
I have the same interior noises. Recently did the front and rear shocks, cradle / trailing arms etc. It turned out to be noises from the interior that I need to figure where it's coming from. I think some of it is from the hood and the other is from the rear left side.

don't think it's the door but more of maybe the latch or that black molding that goes around the windows....
