Default Brake pedal don’t depress

Break pedal don’t depress, push start button and car won’t start. Took it to Lexus dealer, paid $1200 replace actuator assembly, but 4 weeks later had the exact same issue. Tried to start car, waited 2 hours, car finally started. Returned car to dealer bc I’m under repair warranty. My car 2013 RX350

Have a discussion with the service writer or better still with the service manager about the new diagnosis and why did they conclude that you needed actuator assembly last time. It can be defective replacement part or some other failure.
