My Park Assist doesn't look like manual or any other description I've seen. Does anyone have a good description and documentation on how it works? I'm bummed it doesn't have the cool graphics that the manual and YouTubes show.

The other setup steps on the steering while do not exist... nor does the dash light near the speedometer. I looked a million times!!!

What year RX?
You probably have an aftermarket parking sensor system installed because that button does not look OEM to me and you could not find good info elsewhere. I bet it is just sensors that beep when you are close to hitting stuff when parking. That button probably turns it on and off.
I have an aftermarket parking sensor system on my Lexus HS250h, it has a little display sitting to the left of the instrument cluster that shows distances when parking and it is on all the time.

Nothing like the new cars that park themselves!

It is a 2010 and I agree... it is most likely after market.
Unfortunately, it doesn't buzz when I think it should and definitely buzzes when it shouldn't. I turn it off and it turns itself back on. It doesn't make sense.
I'm going to get a good exterior cleaning this week and see if does any better.

I might decide to find the fuse and pull it.
