Try 12372-0P030, it’s the V6 2008-2013 Highlander mount, final car to use our 5-speed trans, it should be a direct fit and will be able to withstand V6 torque from your 3.3 L. The V6 mounts are more money probably because they are beefier.
Final revision of the U151F transmission mount, it retains the stock pin location and is more affordable

Awesome, thanks Matt. This looks like what I need.

Since your car has an 3MZ engine vs a 2GR engine, I wouldn’t use the passenger side mount, MZ engine mount is a little shorter than a 2GR one even though they both bolt into the subframe the same. I used a 2015 RX350 engine mount on my 2008 and it was just a beefier part with the same dimensions. My 2002 Highlander with a 1MZ was the one with the visually shorter mount. The 3MZ shares the mount with a 1MZ too.
For the front mount, I’m not sure. They all seem to be pretty vehicle specific so it’s a crapshoot. That one rarely goes bad though so I would double check to see if the vacuum line that goes to it is still connected and in good shape.
No worries. Yes and it is the same part used on the Highlander too. The passenger = engine, driver side = transmission. I would take a wheel off and inspect mounts to see if they’re shot. Labour and cost of parts is a little high to guess. My passenger side mount when bad would vibrate the car in gear at idle, driver side was making the shifts hard and clunky
Lexuspartsnow.com and Toyotapartsdeal.com are fantastic for parts cross-referencing. Toyoodiy.com as well
