Default 2009 350 2wd std suspension

I walked into the garage last night and i could hear this electric motor running on the Lexus, as i walked around it, the sound was coming from the rear area, as i got closer it sounded like the fuel pump? then it stopped. Going back in time i have heard this before.... what other electric motor is back there. Anyone else got this going on

From the Owner's Manual:

■Normal characteristics after turning off the engine Approximately five hours after the engine is turned off, you may hear sound coming from under the vehicle for several minutes. This is the sound of a fuel evaporation leakage check and, it does not indicate a malfunction

If the car has air suspension, the air pump is in the fender space behind the rear passenger wheel. But I don't think it should run when the car is turned off.
