Hello - We have a 2004 Lexus RX 330 with 200k miles that still runs well and is in good, drivable shape. I am considering giving this car to my daughter to drive in a new city and am wondering about installing some type of back up camera. Any thoughts on the cameras paired with rear view mirrors that operate as back up screens? The EchoMaster model in the title of the thread is sold at Best Buy for $299 and the installation is $129. (seems pricy but I have no installation skills) I would love to hear your experience with this model or others that might work for the RX 330. This is a very rushed decision, so I haven't had the chance to do more research on my own. Thanks in advance!

 

Never heard of the Echomaster but I almost bought the Type S brand of mirror/camera for another car. I decided it wasn't worth the trouble, but it looked like a decent product.
