Does anyone know if there is a dealer setting to get rid of the whole fake mirror thing on the screen when you are coming to a stop and be able to view the whole road in front?

 

So this is the front view camera correct, cause you title says rear view camera shadow. Just want clarification before I help.

 

Thanks. Title is rear view mirror--meaning the "fake" mirror is showing up on the screening coming from the image of front camera. Does this help?

 

I don't think there is a way to remove that black / gray portion obscuring the view in front. Lexus probably doesn't want us to use it to gauge distance to the car in front as the lens is wide-angle and the view is distorted.
