How to start a car remotely?
i want to send a SMS and start the engine and warm it up

Lexus did not offer that feature on the cars. That means you will have to find an after-market kit made by some other company. Remote start kits are made, but I don't know if they use SMS. They usually use a special key fob. Many require wires to be cut and spliced, so if you are not a do-it-yourself guy, you will have to pay to have it installed.

Key fobs are not ok...too short of a range.

Sms is the way

I have not seen SMS remote start in a long time. It's all app based now using cellular data in the US and certain parts of Europe.

See if you have Viper Smart Start support in your country, I recall it's in England and Germany. I have it and can remote start my NX from many many places far from where my car is. Either way, SMS or app based, it's all subscription based so be ready to pay a monthly fee.
