Hello CL, first time actually making a thread here.
So I've been having this awful screen clarity issue ever since purchasing my new-to-me 65k miles 2004 Lexus RX back in early March. A friend of mine who also recently purchased a 2006 Lexus GX460 is also battling with the same issue and we are both at a loss.
My friend suggested replacing our touch screen digitizers, but I thought to try polishing or compounding the screen first to see if this would buff out the scratches. As you can see below, no luck, the only thing it did was take some of the haziness off which is an improvement but not really.
Spoiler
Before polish
After polish
Give it to me straight CL, are we SOL on this issue? Do I need to live with this if I don't want to pay for a screen replacement?

Previous owner used the wrong cleaner on the screen and it attacked the plastic. You can't fix that. You can try something like turtle wax and a microfiber cloth to make it look better.
