Does anyone know if the oil filter plastic door cover has a part number? Did an oil change today and yes, it is has gone missing.
I couldn't find a part number for it. Mine is missing too and I tried to find a replacement. I have to buy the whole cover just to get that little cover.
These things don't just fall off or magically disappear.
The "mechanics" who change the oil either throw them out or forget to put them back on (and then throw them in the trash).
